Fresco ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fresco platform at app.frescolab.io (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google's OAuth service.
Content you create
We store the content you create within Fresco — workspaces, toolkit sessions, notes, and AI-generated outputs — in order to provide the Service. This content is yours.
Usage data
We may collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This helps us improve Fresco.
Payment information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your full card details. We receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send you service-related communications (account notices, security alerts)
- To respond to support requests
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
AI processing
Fresco uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate AI outputs from content you submit. Content you provide to the AI generation features is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their own privacy policy and API terms.
We do not use your content to train our own models.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a hosted database. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data.
Data retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.
Third-party services
The Service integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google OAuth — for sign-in
- Anthropic — for AI generation
- Lemon Squeezy — for payment processing
- Supabase / Neon / PlanetScale — for database hosting
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — request that we delete your account and data
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing
